Problem description

Broad domain-level blocks on national suffixes like .ru prevent the retrieval of primary source data and historical records by researchers and journalists. These hard-coded platform filters do not distinguish between harmful propaganda and neutral archival information, leading to a significant loss of context in geopolitical reporting. Consequently, users are forced to rely on filtered secondary sources, which hampers the ability to conduct independent fact-checking or long-term historical analysis during active international disputes.
