You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, the Problems, Solutions, or Comments you post to the platform. By posting content, you represent and warrant that the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or organization.

2. Intellectual Property & Ideas

For Problem Posters: WhoSolves is a public forum for crowdsourcing ideas. Posting a problem does not grant you intellectual property rights, equity, or ownership over any solutions, startups, or products built by other users in response to your problem. Ideas posted on WhoSolves are considered public.

For Solution Builders: You retain all intellectual property rights to the solutions, software, or businesses you create and link to on our platform. However, you grant WhoSolves a non-exclusive license to display the name, logo, and description of your solution for platform operations.

3. Platform Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Post spam, malicious links, or repetitive content.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Post fake or deceptive solutions to mislead users.
  • Scrape or mass-collect user data or platform content without explicit permission.

4. Disclaimers

WhoSolves acts solely as a directory and connection hub. We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any third-party solutions posted on this platform. Users should exercise their own judgment and due diligence before using, purchasing, or interacting with any external solution.
